🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Age: 20–30 years as of 1 July 2025 (i.e., born between 02‑07‑1995 and 01‑07‑2005); category-based relaxation applies
- Education: Graduation in any discipline (degree/provisional certificate required by registration date); computer literacy mandatory
- Nationality: Indian citizens, or persons from Nepal, Bhutan, Tibetan refugees (pre-1962), or PIOs from specified countries (with valid certificates)
- Credit Score: Must have a healthy credit history at the time of joining
💰 Application Fee
- SC/ST/PwBD: ₹175 (inclusive of GST)
- General/OBC/Other Categories: ₹850 (inclusive of GST)
🧠 Selection Process & Exam Pattern
IBPS follows a three-stage recruitment model:
- Preliminary Exam (CBT: 100 questions – 1 hour):
- Quantitative Aptitude – 35 Q, 20 min
- Reasoning Ability – 35 Q, 20 min
- English Language – 30 Q, 20 min
(Negative marking: 0.25 per wrong answer)
- Main Exam (CBT + Descriptive):
- Objective: Reasoning, English, Data Analysis, Banking Awareness
- Descriptive: Essay & Letter
- Total marks: 225; Duration: Approx. 3½ hours
- Interview/Personality Test
- Final merit: 80% weightage to mains + 20% to interview
