• Must possess Domicile/PRC of the State/UT indicated in the application (except Assam & specified categories)
• Matriculation or 10th Class pass from a recognized Board/University as on 01-01-2026
• NCC Certificate holders eligible for bonus marks (optional)

Age Limit (as on 01-01-2026)

• Minimum Age: 18 Years
• Maximum Age: 23 Years (Born not earlier than 02-01-2003 and not later than 01-01-2008)
• Age Relaxation:
  • SC/ST: 5 years
  • OBC: 3 years
  • Ex-Servicemen: 3 years after deduction of military service
  • Children/dependents of 1984 riot victims (UR/EWS): 5 years

• Documents will be verified during DME by CAPFs, so applications are provisional; eligibility claims must match the submitted documents or candidature will be cancelled.
• Candidates claiming reservation (SC/ST/OBC/EWS/ESM or others) must ensure eligibility and possess valid certificates in the prescribed format.
• SC/ST/OBC candidates migrating to another state must choose whether to take reservation from their state of origin or apply as unreserved from the state of migration; this choice cannot be changed later.
• If opting for reservation from the state of origin, the candidate must provide details of both current domicile and origin, and produce a valid caste certificate from the origin state.
